Batch Header missing

Dear All,

We are facing an issue, where we can see the batch header is missing for many of the general entry batches (Batch Type = G). I could see the information is correct in F0911 table but batch header does not appear in F0011.

Normally, we can re-create the batch header in such a case using P0011. But seeing the volume of such cases, we need to do a root cause analysis of this issue. Appreciate comments or suggestions about the same.
