Equipment Plant Billings - Doc Type TE

Can you please confirm the process which is used to create equipment location billing records in F0911 (for Doc Type TE)? Is it R1304 report? Also if that process creates any records in tables other than F0911 table? Actually some of the transactions in F0911 (Doc Type TE) have been created incorrectly for incorrect account numbers and companies, so will like to fix the data in F0911 as well as other related tables. These have not been posted to F1202, so we are good with that!
