Third Party Contact for Service Request
Hello All,
We are in the process setting up Teleservice 12.2.6. We have a business requirement to accept calls from third party Service Providers calling on behalf of the end customer. Currently, in the Service Request form there are only two Contact Types available. The "Customer" contact type requires that the contact have a party relationship defined with the customer that owns the product. The "Employee" contact type does not require such a relationship but does require the contact be setup in HR as an employee. What we need is something slightly different.
