FAILED: file jtfassrp.sql on worker applying upgrade patch driver

This happened last time I did an upgrade, but didn't really care becuase it was a "dry run". Patch has failed on the following:

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file jtfassrp.sql on worker  1.

This is what was being executed and the error:

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/upg2/fs1/EBSapps/appl/ad/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adsqlwrapper.sql '/upg2/fs1/EBSapps/appl/jtf/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/jtfassrp.sql '

Connected.

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
