MSCA Move Order Over Picking error

Hi,

In MSCA when we try to transact more quantity than requested quantity in MO its showing an error ' Either Overpicking'. I have  checked user guide its mentioned over picking is an allowed option. On top earlier we were able to overpicking without any issue. Anyone any suggestion will be helpful.
