How to acces Regional Info from Address Book

Unable to access Regional Info from Address Book  to setup GSTIN No.

Please provide the solution and setup info for GSTIN and GST Unit.

Refer the bellow snaps:

we setup the GST unit with GTU search type and cross referance with Business unit and also run the R7000100.

we are following setups same as India localization GST Implimentation Guide.

Please provide the solution.
