What is the purpose of the MBF in processing options of R052901?

Hello,

The processing options on the R052901 Generate Timecard Journals contains the Time Card MBF Version under the Timecard Selection tab.

We have a few versions of the Time Card MBF for companies who have different requirements related to time entry.

We have created a version of the R052901 that is run from a menu by all users. They update the Data Selection as needed and the Processing Option,Timecard Selection tab with the timecard Date Range. The MBF version is set as one of our versions and not changed by any of the users.

But on occasion the MBF may get removed by mistake and a user will select a version from the Visual Assist that they think was there originally. The version may not be the same one that was there but it doesn't seem to cause any issues.
