Custom HRSSA Workflow Process built in Workflow Builder not Found or Not Runable

Hi Guys

I have customized the HR_PERSONAL_INFO_JSP_PRC and its sub processes in the HRSSA(Personal Info workflow). my new process name is CC_HR_PERSONAL_INFO_JSP_PRC .
it can be accessed by clicking on the custom Personal Information menu in the  HR Employee Self Service screen.
But  i get the following error message.

The process CC_HR_PERSONAL_INFO_JSP_PRC in the HRSSA item type cannot be found.
Either the process is not defined within this item type, or it is not runable.

Any Pointers will be highly appreciated
