error: TFA needs java 1.5 or higher

Had TFA 12.1.2.8.4 running fine using java 1.8.   I had just updated it from an earlier version of TFA, and it was working fine.

This is on a 2 node RAC, 12c, RHEL 5.6

Tried to configure the ssl with third party certs and broke it.

Uninstalled using the script in TFA_HOME.

On reinstalling, it will not recognize the java home.   Even using -debug, there is nothing added to the log, it just echoes back the same error and after three tries exits.

prior to deinstalling, checking the running tfa process showed:

ps -ef |grep tfa_home

.... /etc/alternatives/jre_1.8.0/bin/java ....

and that "java" is a link to /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.101-3.b13.el6_8.x86_64/jre

Howdy, Stranger!
