W2 PDF RUN_XDO and PRINT_FILES

Due to the number of employees at our main GRE, we have to set the RUN_XDO and PRINT_FILES parameters to "N" when running the W2-PDF process. Unfortunately when we do that, we can't see the output from the assignment process form.

1. Please explain exactly what those parameters do and why it is necessary.

2. Is there a workaround for viewing single W2-PDFs when that was set to "N" before running the process?
