How to clone Agile PLM 9.3.3 to a new server?

Hi,

Can someone please point me to the documents to move Agile PLM 9.3.3 install to a new server? I read somewhere in MOS that clone is not supported. Does this mean we need to do a fresh install and apply all the patches again and clone the database to the new server?
