Right Tick Mark symbol in the PDF output

Hi All,

We have a requirement to display 'Right Tick Mark' instead of field value.

For Ex:

Current Output

Employee Name	Below Expectation	Above Expectation
DAVID	Above Expectation	Above Expectation
JOHN	Below Expectation	Below Expectation

Expected Output

-------------------

  

Employee Name	Below Expectation	Above Expectation
DAVID		Above Expectation
JOHN	Below Expectation

In the expected output also I don't want to display value. Instead of that I need to display right Tick Mark symbol.

Please find the sample RTF template and XML as an attachment and suggest.
