OID/SSO WLS Setup

We are trying to setup OID/SSO for RPAS version 15.0.1.18 and have a question. We have a group and user setup in OID and WLS has been setup for SSO. When we attempt to  connect to the application we get a blank screen. As a test we created the user and group through usermgr and everything appeared to pass through correctly and the user was able to log on. So as a second step I removed the user that I had created on the backend and left the group. When we try and log in now we get an error
