Carrier Insurance consideration during Service Provider Assignment

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Does OTM 6.4.1 support consideration of the carriers insurance during service provider assignment?  I populated the carriers insurance information tab on the service provider in my test system and it allowed it to be assigned to the shipment.
