Tax and geography validation for US California State only

Hi,

I need the tax calcultion for US Country: California on three levels State CA, County and city.

I have made the tax and geography validation for US - country. I do not need tax and geography validation for all states of United States only for CA- California.

It is posible on some way to by passed the tax and geography validaton for all other states except for CA - California?

Does anybody have experiance with that? All suggestions are welcome, thank you.
