When we submit the above concurrent request we got below error, Please advice..

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT R.Conc_Login_Id, R.Request_Id, R.Phase_Code, R.Status_Code, P.A and was executed from t21-JAN-2017 05:51:13

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 3114 in AFPGRG

Cause: AFPGRG failed due to ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: &SQLSTMT and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
