Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. when I type in the command

$OMS_HOME/bin/emctl start oms

I get:

Caused By: oracle.ias.cache.RegionNotFoundException:

J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.put

J2EE JOC-039 cannot find region: "ADFApplication1/main_region"

in the log.
