Can attachment appear in the grid as regular text field?

I have a table that has text attachment in the Media Object Table: F00165.  Right now this table is in a headerless detail form and there's an attachment icon appearing for each record in the grid if that record has any attachment.  Users have to click on this attachment icon to edit the text attachment.

Is there a way to make the text attachment appear as one of the fields (MOTEXT) in the grid as part of the record itself? is that possible?
