Can you please let me know the procedures to upgrade weblogic version 10.3.2 to 10.3.6

Currently I am using weblogic server 10.3.2

Can you please let me know the procedures to upgrade weblogic version 10.3.2 to 10.3.6

I had seen one post regarding a patch "13529623."

But it mentioned the patch is to upgrade from 10.3.5 to 10.3.6. Is this patch same for upgrading from 10.3.2 to 10.3.6?

If not can you please provide me the support how to upgrade?
