Create two assets from multiple qty

Hello

Could you please advise the following scenario?

There is a mass addition line with qty = 100 and I would like to create two assets with separate qty 50 to one asset and another 50 to the other asset.

How can I create it? If I split the line, it will generate 100 split lines - does this mean I need to merge 50 lines together for one asset?
