Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In Loan amortization schedule the first Payment generated it's not divided in principal and interest. Why is this happening?

What should we change to achieve the right calculation of amortization schedule?
