How to view License Plate Numbers and generate using API?

I am trying to find out the navigation to view the license plate numbers created. Also we use Generate License Plate numbers to generate the lpn's. I have to use DFF of wms_license_plate_numbers to pass few attributes. Is there any API where I can create lpn's passing attributes ?
