Intercompany Segment not accepting any values at the time of ledger setup

Hi,

We are performing the Accounting Setup for an Organization.

We have created a COA segment and defined the segment and value sets. We have created minimal values for each segment value sets as well in-order to be able to complete the Ledger Setup. But while entering the 'Retained Earnings Account' in the ledger setup, the intercompany segment is not accepting or showing any values (we have defined only a default value). The segments have been compiled.

What could be the possible root causes here? We are currently in Version R12.2.5. Any leads are welcome.
