9.1 Purchase Order Workflow Setup Document

Hello,

Does anyone have a document (besides Peoplebooks) specifically for setting up and turning on PO workflow in 9.1? We already use 9.1 Requisition workflow, but would like a PO workflow turned on for change orders and for users that bypass the requisition approval process by creating a PO from scratch.

We have heard that this can be very involved so have floated the idea of a custom workflow, but would at least like to review if there are any delivered setup documents available on PO workflow.
