RPM Price Change approval not working consistently

in Retail Price Management (MOSC) Question

In our PROD environment, we see there are lot of price changes which ended in worksheet status with the message key future_retail_price_change_rule1. But records are found in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL. This has caused retail discrepancy between RPM and RMS. I see some other customer has also posted the same issue. Was there any fix from Oracle for the same?

Kindly assist at the earliest as it is affecting our PROD.
