ODLLogger : Failed to to find logging.xml file

HI All,

we are facing the below error in the our HFM 11.1.2.3.500 on windows server 2008 R2.

i am aware of that Hyperion is unable to find the logging.xml.

For that testing we did a clean install on our local environment, but still there is no logging.xml for HFM in EPMSystemR11 (product -> HFM) neither after 500 patch,
