Moving oracle RAC database from oracle database home 12.1.0.2.x to 12.1.0.2.x1

Hi All,

I could not find any document to move Oracle RAC database from oracle database home 12.1.0.2.x to 12.1.0.2.x1, please let me how to do it.

Note: This is new database but Dataguard configured, so it is better to create a new db from new home (if I do this i need to configure DG again) or to move existing Database to new oracle database home.
