In EBS R12.2.5 the generic search function does not work (advandced or simple mode) . Content and To

We are upgrading to EBSR12.2.5 from 12.1.3 and the main help search function does not work , either in Simple or Advanced mode).  Is there a process that I need to run to rebuild indexes or something of that nature ?
