Use R08150 xjde0016 instead of xjde0001?

When I pull up R08150 in batch version, I now see two options, the XJDE0001 - HCIR Form Data XML and now the new XJDE0016 - HCIR Form Data XML for TY2016.  Am I supposed to use this new version for the 2016 reporting year?
