EM 13c, agent directory accidentally deleted

Hi,

We are in process of installing agents in different servers.  In one of the  servers, after we installed the agents, the hosts got added.  However the entire directory was deleted accidentally .  we do not have  a backup.   We are trying to install agent again but it is failing.   How do we remove references to host from repository.
