BP Availability for Windows 64 Bit OS

Is there going to be a separate January 2017 BP for Windows 64 Bit OS?  When?

The documentation isn't clear on that.  I read in one place where there is a separate patch, but no expected delivery date.  Then, in the 32 bit documentation it makes reference to the 64 bit OS, leading me to think that the same patch is certified on both OSs.  (But I seriously doubt that the 32 bit will work on the 64 bit).

Can someone please clarify the 64 bit patch availability for me?
