Unable to terminate benefit record for an ex-employee

Hi,

I am completely new to Benefits.

We terminated an employee with actual termination date as 31-Dec-2016. We now want to terminate the benefit record. But when trying to do so in the Benefits screen, we are getting an error saying 'You cannot delete this entry as it has future adjustments'

Can you please guide me how to resolve this? How to check what are the future adjustment?
