Sendmail issue while sending email attachment

in Oracle Solaris System Administration (MOSC) Question

Hello World,

I have been having issue with email being sent with Attachment through send mail.

Jan 31 10:03:42 br1 sendmail[6011]: [ID 801593 mail.crit] v0UFqSWA003039: SYSERR(root): timeout writing message to badfasdfadf.com.: Broken pipe

Jan 31 10:03:43 br1 sendmail[6011]: [ID 801593 mail.info] v0UFqSWA003039: to=<Basdfasdfacct@caadfasdfasdfasdfrnivadsfadsfsadfal.com>adsfafival.com>, delay=1+00:11:12, xdasdfadsfelay=00:00:01, mailer=smtp, pri=9931767, relay=brinadsfasdffexch.brasdfadfeezadsfadsfe.carnadsfiasdfadsfval.com. [10.252.0.115], dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred

The mail gets stuck at mqueue and doesn't get delivered

The OS : Solaris 10 update 10 and using sendmail
