P6 EPPM 16.1 Approved Timesheets, User Access screens

All,

     Thanks in advance,  I recently updated our P6 environment to r16.1 from 8.3.  Now we're unable to see a few screens...of course the ones we use.  I'm thinking it's a local setting in IE or Firefox... but haven't isolating it just yet.  So my quest is I've queried the Oracle Support site... nothing found with any reinvent solution.  Also to add... nothing usual in any of the log files, with debugging enabled.  This leads me to believe the deployment is issuing the page properly.
