Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is possible to install TFA on non RAC environment?

I tried to install the TFA on single instance Database (11.2.0.4 - PSU 11.2.0.4.161018), but without success.

After some time, the error: Cannot establish connection to TFA on port 5000, appear. And the TFA process has stopped:
