P982400 security question - (User Generated Content Management)

Hi community,

I have two questions regarding the P982400 (User Generated Content Management) application:

1)  First question it's related to the security workbench itself: I have the security closed, and there is no record at any *PUBLIC, Role nor user level configuring the access to the P982400, but I can access the P982400 though! Is there any reason that you could think of which allows this to happen??

2) Is there any way to imitate the OMW activity rules? I want to only allow changes to users logged into DV910, and then transfer the changes trhough the P982400 to PY and finally to PD.
