Facing issues while accessing external URL configured through reverse proxy.

Hi,

The current configuration we have is as follows.

Application Nodes : 3 (2 configured with Internal Load balancer and 1 configured with external Reverse proxy for bizpartner). Sharing the same applications file system.

Database nodes :2 Nodes (RAC).

Following are the issue details.

Current Behavior:

     Bizpartner URL --> Login Page --> Enter the Credentials --> Gets routed to Internal LB URL --> Login page --> Enter the credentials --> Showing All Responsibilities (Not the responsibilities that      were defined as external alone).

Expected Behavior

      Bizpartner URL--> Login Page --> Show only External Responsibilities.

The issue is occurring intermittently, Some times it gets connected and some times it doesn't.
