Creating Material Reservations at Batch Creation when insufficient materisl is on-hand.

My client creates their OPM batches two week in advance. The packaging materials are neither lot nor location controlled. I set the PE parameter so that when a Batch is created, a high level reservations is created; however, the reservation is never for more than the materiel that is on-hand and in a "reservable status".

Here is the problem, when they create the Batches for two weeks out on Thursday, the on-hand quantity levels of the packaging materials are low as replenishment happens on Friday.

Consequently the Batch reservations for those new batches are for quantities well below the actual demand.
