tfactl diagcollect freeze and couldn't collect information

Hi,

The problem is that TFA can't collect information on Exadata X4-2 when executing command: tfactl diagcollect -from "Jan/12/2017 06:00:00" -to "Jan/12/2017 09:00:00".

It started collect information from all cells in background and after

scp: /u01/app/11.2.0.4/grid/tfa/repository/collection_Wed_Jan_18_17_25_51_EET_2017_node_all_cell_all/*: No such file or directory

scp: /u01/app/11.2.0.4/grid/tfa/repository/collection_Wed_Jan_18_17_25_51_EET_2017_node_all_cell_all/*: No such file or directory

2017/01/18 17:30:00 EET : Completed collection of extra files...

these line above, freezed for several hours and did nothing. We tried execute the same command several times.
