Forecast upload with error

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

When try to do forecast upload. The java page was running fine and I was able to select the excel file from the list, but once click on the upload button, it is giving error. I have never seen this error before. I have attached the screenshot. Has anyone seen this error before? What could be the issue? Please advise. Thank you.
