Import Data and Automatically Be Displayed in Dispatch Board

Hi,

I've been thinking whether the Dispatch Board in Siebel CRM 8.1.1.2 is allowed to get and import data (flat file) i.e. from FTP server and then to be displayed automatically in the Dispatch Board. FYI, we have a third-party mobile app that can capture customer's service appointment booking online. The data from this mobile app can be extracted into flat file. Our management had requested for Siebel to automatically get this data and immediately displayed it in the Siebel's Dispatch Board Gantt Chart view without requiring the manual intervention from the staff, or the need to use drag-and-drop operation.
