Database Migration From Windows to Linux

Dear All,

As we had a lot of trouble patching Oracle Database 12c(12.1.0.2) RAC On Windows OS, we have planed to migrate Oracle 12c(12.1.0.2) RAC from WINDOWS OS to Oracle 12c(12.1.0.2) RAC On Oracle Linux OS.

As this is a productive environment we have to try our best to do this job with a minimum downtime.

Could you tell me, what would be the best way to accomplish this task?
