Unable to open "view by role" when right-clicking on JDE

Dear all,

This is the first time I get an error like this and I actually have not found any related info in Oracle Support.

The issue I have is that nothing shows up when I righ-click on JDE. I have previously clicked on Menu Filtering and I select the proper menu. It is quite weird that the usual window with roles is not shown.

Is there any known solution for this?

My JDE version is 9.1.

Do you believe this can be caused by some lack of privileges? My user has SYSADMIN privileges, so I am not 100% sure about that.  Maybe a Windows privileges issue?
