Movement Statistics (Inventory Management) - Call Out Program

I have a few questions about the call out program:

1. The movement value for Intrastat is 0.00 for kit components. There seems to be a call out program allowing additional coding for getting a value from other sources. Is this a specific call out program for kit component pricing? Or do we need to call upon the generic call out program manipulating the Adjustment Amount?

2. Can this call out program retrieve data from external sources and sources within EBS?

3. I assume that this call out program will be called upon while running the Movement Statistics Processor. Right?
