RPAS16 Fusion Client Login issue

After installation of RPAS and fusion client when user try  login with rpas it redirct to http://IP:7003/RPAS16/faces/home?_afrRedirect=180197348746256 

and in logs files getting error as below:

<Feb 1, 2017 10:38:22 AM GMT-00:00> <Error> <oracle.adfinternal.controller.application.AdfcExceptionHandler> <ADFC-50017> <ADFc: While attempting to handle this exception the application's exception handler failed.

oracle.adf.controller.security.AuthorizationException: ADFC-0619: Authorization check failed: User 'rpasadmin' does not have 'VIEW' permission on 'app.HomePagePageDef'.

Please suggest on this!
