Version level security

Dear All,

I need to understand the version level security. As one of my report having applied with Medium security and due to this I'm unable to view/change data selection while running report. (Data selection option is grayed out). I think this is something becuse of security applied is "Medium Security"

How do I change security from "Medium" to "No Security" in JDE E1. Kindly suggest if any other option is available to view data selection for this other than change in security.
