IP2013 to IP2016 SWSE upgrade steps

Hi,

We are upgrading Siebel from IP2013 to IP2016 and the steps ask us to remove SWSE configuration before installing IP2016 migration installation.

We did the removing SWSE configuration on the Web Server (IIS) but after the success message when we checked the IIS console all the siebel application virtual directories  are still present there under Default Web Site.

Could you please tell us if we need to manually remove these Virtual Directories?

We have also removed the SWSE logical profile on the Gateway server but that also did not remove any files under gtwsrvr\Admin\Webserver folder.

Do we need to manually cleanup the Webserver folder also?
