Service Contract not getting against Sales Order

Hi,

A sales order with subscription item is created. Values have been entered for all fields related to Subscription.

On running Service Contracts Order Processing Program, no subscription contract gets created. Below error is available in log file -

PL/SQL: numeric or value error in Package OKS_RENEW_UTIL_PVT Procedure GET_RENEW_RULES

In the sales order, contract renewal process was kept as Do Not Renew. Is there any mandatory renewal related setup to be completed or something that needs to be setup in Global Contract Defaults to enable this functionality?
