FND LOAD

We tried below command for FND LOAD for some lookups. The Values exist in LDT file and the command executed with out any error but when we look in the instance the value does not show up in the application.

FNDLOAD apps/password 0 Y UPLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/aflvmlu.lct CPDFNDUNI.ldt FND_LOOKUP_TYPE APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME='PAY' LOOKUP_TYPE='CPD UNION DUES VENDORS'- WARNING=YES UPLOAD_MODE=REPLACE CUSTOM_MODE=FORCE

EBS Version: R12.1.3

Uploaded the file with values

Could you please suggest what might be issue with this ??
