IP16.7 patch installation failed

Hi,

We are upgrading Siebel from IP2013 to IP2016.

After the successful migration installation of IP2016; when we try to install PatchSet 16.7 we are getting error saying Backup Failed cannot apply patch.

Please help us resolving this issue.
